Description:

TBS6925 PCI-E DVB-S2 Professional TV Tuner card, built with the highest industry standard, with its rock reliability is the device that any personal enthusiasts or engineers in digital satellite TV industry dream to have. The applying of an unique DVB-S2 demodulator chipset makes it possible to receive special streams broadcasted with ACM, VCM, Multi Input Stream, 16APSK,32APSK or Generic Stream Mode. The built in hardware blind scan feature allows scanning of unknown satellite transponder with symbol rate as low as 200ksps, while most satellite receiving device can receive no less than 1Msps symbol rate. Such blind scan feature can be achieved by dedicated TBS tool or Crazyscan tool. Both Windows BDA driver and Linux driver up to the latest kernel 3.X are ready.

Hi can I use this for viewing viasat in Denmark using my original viasat NDS-card ?

TBS6925 card has no CI slot for your NDS-card. We will suggest you to buy a TBS3102 Phoenix card reader, or Smargo card reader together with TBS6925 card. The card reader is for reading your NDS-card. Or, if you have proper CAM CI Module for your NDS-card, you can just buy TBS5980 USB DVB-S2 CI BOX or TBS6928 PCI-E DVB-S2 CI Card for viewing viasat in Denmark using your original viasat NDS-card.

You can choose TBS6981 card or TBS6984 card. TBS6981 allows to receive 2 different channels in the same time, while TBS6984 allows to receive 4 channles simultaneous. They all idea product for setting stream servers.

Phoenix Card with TBS 6925

Hi, How do I use this card with Phoenix Card reader to watch paid channels on linux? Will it work out of the box? Is this card much faster than usb card? What is advantage over TechnoTrend Premium S2-6400? I can see from specs description its much faster than technotrend (you can hide card name and producer)? I\'m thinking of buying this TBS or technotrend one. I heard that tbs one has newest chipset but most important is paid channels for me and speed.

Please kindly note that TBS6925 is a single tuner card, while TechnoTrend Premium S2-6400 is a dual tuner card. They are different.
TBS6925 is a FTA tuner card, it doesn\'t support paid channels unless you use card reader with it.
